Held fortnightly on Sundays 1pm to 2:30pm;
located in Balmoral, these circles are intended to hold space for ourselves in fostering a sense of community. A variety of topics are bridged across a range of pragmatic, spirituality, physiology and psychology.

Offered to mutually hold space within our humanity, sharing the space for the connections and the ability to show up and meet one another where we are at.
Last Sunday of each month, location and times are updated to allow for social gatherings and meals after/before.
